Due to the nature of creative services, including video production, drone services, and related work, no refunds will be issued once a project has been booked, work has begun, or services have been rendered. Payments cover time, planning, equipment use, and creative resources that cannot be recovered. By engaging our services or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
